Job summary

Esland is seeking a dedicated Children’s Residential Support Worker in Worksop to help three children thrive in a safe, nurturing home. You will provide high-quality care, emotional support, and assist with daily routines and activities, ensuring positive experiences and lasting memories.

The role requires a nurturing, patient, and resilient personality, a Full UK driving licence, eligibility to work in the UK, and being over 21.

Pay rate:

£32,242.00 - £32,865 per annum (based on 6 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £13.45 - £13.75 per hour). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.

Hours:

173 hours per month - the most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s (shifts may vary). Rotas provided in advance.
