The Tiger Group Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Children's Residential Support Worker for a children's home in Barton-le-Clay. You will play a key role in providing stable routines, building trusting relationships, and promoting the wellbeing of children aged 5-16 who have experienced trauma.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (residential experience desirable).
• Compassionate, reliable, and confident in challenging situations.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)

About the Role:

• 2 on 4 off rota
