Job summary

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team in Beeston on a permanent, full-time basis. You will deliver high-quality support to children and adolescents in residential care, promote well-being, safety, and life skills development.

Salary up to £35,000 plus sleep-ins (£60 each). The rota is set at least four weeks in advance, with shifts from 8am to 11pm and a pattern of two days on, four days off.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential care with children and young people.
• Current driving licence.
• NVQ Level 3 in residential care (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Providing emotional and practical support to children and young people in residential care.
• Assisting with daily routines, including meal preparation, activities, and personal care.
• Monitoring and recording behaviour, progress, and incidents accurately.
• Building trusting relationships with children and promoting their development.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored care plans.

About the Role:

As a senior residential suppor worrker your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality support to children in residential settings. You will work closely with teams to promote well-being, ensure safety and help young people develop essential life skills. If you have experience as a Childrens Residential Worker and possess a genuine desire to create positive change, this role is perfect for you.

We can offer a salary of up to £35,000 + Sleeps ins (£60 per sleep in).

The Rota is set at least 4 weeks in advance with shifts between 8am-11pm with a sleep in and you will usually do 2 days on, followed by 4 days off.
