The Tiger Group Consultancy Ltd seeks a Children’s Residential Support Worker for a children's residential home in Luton. You will help young people aged 5-16 feel safe, valued, and supported through daily routines, activities and emotional wellbeing.

This role offers a 2 on 4 off rota, a competitive salary of £31,100 - £34,100 per year, plus ongoing training, a supportive team, and clear pathways for progression.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.

About the Role

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you'll be an essential part of a supportive and structured environment, helping young people feel safe, valued, and empowered. You'll be there through daily routines, challenging moments, and everything in between — always leading with care, consistency, and compassion.

Rota

• 2 on 4 off rota
• Stable and consistent rota pattern for a great work-life balance

Key Responsibilities

• Building positive relationships and acting as a trusted adult for young people
• Supporting children with daily routines, activities, and emotional wellbeing
• Promoting independence, life skills, and positive behaviour
• Recording accurate logs, reports, and contributing to care planning
• Collaborating with your team and professionals to ensure high-quality care

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people (residential experience desirable)
• Compassionate, reliable, and confident in challenging situations
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
• Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
