The Tiger Group Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Children's Residential Support Worker for a role in Tiptree, Essex. You will join a children's residential home to support ages 5-16 who may have experienced trauma and behavioural challenges.

You will work 3 x 14-hour shifts weekly (7:45am–10:00pm) with a predictable rota and a salary of £28,392–£33,025 per year. The role emphasizes relationship-building, stability, and positive outcomes for young people.

About the Role:

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you'll be an essential part of a supportive and structured environment, helping young people feel safe, valued, and empowered. You'll be there through daily routines, challenging moments, and everything in between — always leading with care, consistency, and compassion.

Rota:

• 3 x 14-hour shifts per week
• Shift time: 7:45am - 10:00pm
• Stable and consistent rota pattern for a great work-life balance
