Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. is seeking a Children’s Home Manager to lead a 4-bed EBD home in Stockport. You will oversee daily operations, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance, delivering high-quality care and safe environments for young people.

Ideal candidates have senior leadership experience in children's EBD settings, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and are committed to achieving Level 5 Leadership and Management. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a senior role within children’s EBD care.
• Leadership or management experience within a children’s home.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations, and residential care standards.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete or hold Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.

Childrens Home Manager - 4 Bed EBD Home

Location: Stockport, SK7

Salary: Up to £67,000 per annum - inclusive of bonuses

Additional earning potential:

• Ofsted bonus up to £3,000.00 per year
• Sign on bonus up to £2,000.00 in the first 6 months
• Total first year earnings potential up to £66,000.00
• Ongoing annual earnings potential up to £63,000.00
