Purosearch Ltd. is recruiting for a highly experienced Children’s Home Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed EBD home in Liverpool.

• 1+ year experience as Registered Manager in children's residential care.
• Significant experience in residential childcare and leadership.
• Proven track record of strong management and safeguarding oversight.
• Evidence of achieving Good Ofsted outcomes.
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management, or willingness to progress.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality care for young people.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 3-bed EBD children's home with clear direction and governance.
• Oversee safe, effective day-to-day running of the home.
• Ensure high-quality, individualised care for children and young people.
• Lead the team to achieve positive outcomes for each young person.
• Provide practical leadership and guidance to residential staff.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Registered Manager within a children's residential care setting
• Significant experience working within residential childcare
• Proven management and leadership experience
• Evidence of achieving Good Ofsted outcomes
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management, or willingness to work towards
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality care
• In-depth understanding of EBD, SEMH and complex or challenging behaviours
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, care planning and risk management
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a residential childcare team
• Passion for supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes
