Job summary
Health Recruit Network is seeking an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to lead a therapeutic residential children’s home in the Stockport area. You will drive day-to-day operations, champion safeguarding, and provide strong, compassionate leadership to a dedicated team.

- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and attachment-based practice.
- Full UK Driving Licence.

About the RoleWe are excited to be working with a fantastic and well Established Children's Home who is looking to bring on an experienced Registered Children's Manager. As Home Manager, you'll take the lead in a therapeutic residential children's home in Greater Manchester. This is a high impact role with full support from a central team, so you can focus on what matters most the children and the people who care for them. Their central team handles HR, recruitment, training coordination, rota planning, and monthly reports removing distractions so you can focus on care and leadership.
