Purosearch Ltd. is seeking an experienced senior leader for a children’s EBD care setting in the UK. You will lead operations, ensure safeguarding compliance and Ofsted standards, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to residential care excellence.

The role requires a Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) and progress toward Level 5 Leadership and Management, with a full UK driving licence. A company vehicle is provided, plus a supportive culture and welfare perks.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years in a senior role within children’s EBD care.
• Leadership or management experience within a children’s home.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations, and residential care standards.
• Willingness to complete Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.

Up to £63,000 per annum - inclusive of bonuses

Additional earning potential:

Ofsted bonus up to £3,000.00 per year

Sign on bonus up to £2,000.00 in the first 6 months

Total first year earnings potential up to £66,000.00

Ongoing annual earnings potential up to £63,000.00

What we're looking for

At least 3 years in a senior role within children’s EBD care

Previous leadership or management experience within a children’s home

Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations, and residential care standards

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
