An established industry player is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to provide transformative care in a therapeutic children's home. Location: Oldham, OL3
Salary: £16 per hour & £70 per sleep
Shifts: 48-hour shifts + occasional 24-hour shifts (rota confirmed 6 months in advance)
Sleep-ins: 8–10 per month (essential)
On-call duties: Required
Driver: Yes, essential
Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Children’s Residential setting
Monthly hours: 165
