The working day can be very unpredictable. You might spend the morning organizing activities and the afternoon providing 1:1 support.

Rate of Pay: £12.69-£13.31 per hour depending on experience, with an additional sleep-in rate of £30.00.

As a Children’s Residential Care Worker, you will be involved in all aspects of the children’s daily lives. Your positive impact will be immeasurable. You will need to be emotionally strong, driven to make a difference daily, and understanding of our children’s backgrounds, ensuring their needs are central to everything we do. You will be approachable, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring children’s safety and adherence to protocols and regulations.
Shift Pattern: 16-24 Hour shifts (including Sleep-ins) on a one-on-two or two-on-four basis.
