An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join their team in a therapeutic children's home. This role involves providing vital one-to-one care to children with learning disabilities and emotional difficulties, ensuring they feel valued and supported. Location: Oldham, OL3
Salary: £14 per hours & £70 per sleep
Shifts: 48-hour shifts + occasional 24-hour shifts (rota confirmed 6 months in advance)
Sleep-ins: 8–10 per month (essential)
On-call duties: Required
Driver: Yes, essential
Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent is desirable
