Job summary

Agincare is recruiting a Registered Manager for a brand-new not-for-profit Children's Services Residential Home in York. You will lead the care team, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure outstanding outcomes for children with learning disabilities and complex needs.

You will drive safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and high standards of care while developing the new service and fostering a safe, inclusive environment for children and staff.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team-management experience in children's residential care.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations, and relevant legislation.

Responsibilities
