Requirements

  • Willingness to work towards, or currently undertaking, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
  • Proven experience leading and managing staff within a children\'s residential setting
  • Knowledge of Ofsted, SCCIF and Children\'s Homes Regulations 2015
  • Strong safeguarding knowledge and risk management experience
  • Understanding of therapeutic practices
  • Resilience, patience and ability to remain calm in challenging situations
  • Full UK driving licence
