The role oversees the full lifecycle, develops procurement strategy, defines policies and embeds governance to support strategic growth and resilience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of financial products and services within a regulated sector.
• Able to evidence successful negotiations delivering cost savings.
• Experience managing complex commercial relationships.
• Track record developing relationships at C-suite level and influencing decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the firm's procurement strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Establish and lead a central procurement function and operating model.
• Create a procurement roadmap delivering measurable commercial and operational benefits.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
• Lead and develop procurement capability across the business.
• Establish governance frameworks for supplier onboarding, review and offboarding.
• Maintain oversight of key suppliers and outsourcing providers.
• Chair supplier review forums and governance committees.
