Job summary

New Look is seeking a Head of Procurement to shape and deliver the group procurement strategy, turning procurement into a strategic driver of performance and growth. You will translate business objectives into a clear plan, drive cost efficiencies and improve supplier performance.

This role reports to the General Counsel & Company Secretary and partners with Legal, Data Privacy and Insurance teams. You will stand up a high-performing procurement function across London, Stoke and Weymouth with

Qualifications

• Significant senior procurement and commercial leadership experience in a complex, multi-site consumer/retail organisation.
• Experience leading transformation and delivering sustainable value.
• Broad indirect category experience with executives; fashion/omnichannel retail desirable.
• Category management, strategic sourcing, complex negotiations, contract lifecycle management.
• Experience building governance, controls, data and benefits reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own and deliver a multi-year procurement strategy aligned to the company plan and priorities.
• Optimise ERP investments to automate procurement processes and management information.
• Build and maintain spend baseline, category pipeline and benefits plan for non-trade spend.
• Lead high-value negotiations and oversee master services agreements with Legal.
• Create supplier relationship management framework and governance across suppliers.
