Moneybox is seeking a Head of Procurement to design and run a scalable third-party function in a fast-growing fintech environment. You will own the target operating model, govern the gateway, and steer strategic negotiations with key suppliers to safeguard the business and drive efficiency.

You’ll lead risk-based supplier management, regenerative renewals, and cross-functional collaboration, shaping policy, tooling, and capability while elevating procurement maturity across the organisation.

Aufgaben

• Own the target operating model for the third-party lifecycle with clear roles across business, risk, legal, compliance and ops.
• Lead the procurement gateway and set expectations on route, timeline and priority.
• Lead negotiations on material engagements and design exit/alternative-provider contingencies.
• Build a single view of the supplier estate and run a forward renewal pipeline by risk.
• Act as first line for second-line teams and align risk matrices with appetite.
• Set direction for procurement systems, data and AI, and advocate for required resources.
