Job summary

Jersey Electricity is seeking a Head of Internal Audit and Risk to lead the group’s assurance functions from its St. Helier base. The role focuses on governance, risk identification, assessment and robust controls across the business.

You will oversee the internal audit team, co-sourced arrangements, and advise the Audit and Risk Committee to support informed decision making for strategic decisions across the Group.

Qualifications

• Typically, 10 or more years’ proven experience in organisational review, risk management or controls.
• Professional qualification related to internal auditing or risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Jersey Electricity's internal audit and risk management functions.
• Provide independent assurance across the Group and strengthen governance.
• Oversee delivery of the Internal Audit Plan and co-sourced arrangements.
• Advise the Audit and Risk Committee to support informed decision making.
