Zusammenfassung

Jersey Electricity plc seeks a Head of Internal Audit and Risk to lead the Group's audit and risk management functions from Jersey, Channel Islands. You will provide independent assurance, manage co-source arrangements and support the Audit and Risk Committee.

The postholder will own the Risk Management Framework, ensure risks are identified, assessed and monitored, and promote a strong governance culture through robust methodologies and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Senior leadership experience in internal audit, risk management or control functions.
• Experience leading an internal audit function and managing external providers.
• Strong understanding of internal audit standards and risk-based methodologies.
• Direct reporting to Audit/Rem Committee and Board interactions.
• Familiarity with COSO ERM, ISO 31000 and Three Lines Model.

Aufgaben

• Lead internal audit and risk management functions with day-to-day oversight.
• Implement the approved Internal Audit Plan and adapt to emerging risks.
• Escalate significant audit issues and maintain independence of Internal Audit.
• Manage audit methodology, charter, scopes and reporting to senior leadership.
• Oversee risk documentation, monitoring and reporting to the Audit and Risk Committee.
