I C Talent is working in partnership with secondary schools to recruit a passionate and qualified Chemistry Teacher. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to join a supportive department and deliver high-quality science education.

The successful candidate will be capable of delivering high-quality Chemistry lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. A strong understanding of the curriculum and the ability to inspire students in their scientific learning is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5
  • Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations
  • Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN
  • Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
  • Deliver practical experiments safely, following health and safety guidelines
  • Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and school leadersUphold safeguarding, behaviour, and school policies at all times
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Specialism in Chemistry or Science
  • Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
  • Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
