What You'll Be Doing

As a Chef Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including:

  • Leading and motivating the kitchen team.
  • Planning and preparing fresh, high-quality meals.
  • Managing food ordering, stock control, and budgets.
  • Ensuring all food hygiene and health & safety regulations are met.
  • Catering for dietary requirements and food allergens.
  • Ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and effectively at all times.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience as a Chef Manager.
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate (required).
  • Food Safety Level 2 Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • Food Allergen Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • Two professional references.
