This beautiful yacht club on the edge of the New Forest. They are a private member’s club offering excellent food, drinks & events for their members.
The majority of shifts will be finished by 6pm. Evening shifts are usually limited to only Fridays and Saturdays (April – October) evening events.
You will be required to cook Wednesday – Sunday lunchtimes, working in partnership with the FOH supervisors, ensuring that you build relationships with members, and train & develop your team to offer a personal and high-end service at all times.
This is a role for a Chef Manager that is confident with all sides of a business due to the clubhouse manager nature of this role. You will be in charge of all catering aspects and reporting to the Business Manager.
You will be hands-on in the operation, as well as looking after rotas, stock ordering & managing GPs.
