About the Role

We’re a multi award-winning contract catering company, serving over 45,500 satisfied customers daily. We are seeking an experienced Chef Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily operations of the contract, ensuring excellent food and service quality.
  2. Liaise with clients to meet their expectations.
  3. Recruit, train, and motivate the team.
  4. Manage budgets, complete weekly reports, and conduct stock counts.
  5. Achieve GP and budget targets through effective planning and organization.
  6. Ensure high standards in hygiene, food safety, and compliance.
  7. Develop seasonal, balanced, and nutritious menus inspired by quality ingredients.
  8. Engage with staff and customers to gather feedback and inspire innovation.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Educated to City & Guilds 706 1 and 2, NVQ, or equivalent.
  • Food Safety qualification at Level 3 minimum.
  • Health and Safety Level 2 qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of Food Safety Management System and COSHH requirements.
