Fully Remote Conveyancer Role – Competitive Salary & Lucrative Bonus Scheme

I am representing a leading national conveyancing team seeking a fully remote conveyancer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing a caseload of approximately 100 files, covering transactions such as freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered, and shared ownership properties.
In addition to a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, this role offers an exceptional bonus scheme of up to £15,000, with most fee earners averaging around £10,000+.
The successful Conveyancer will handle a substantial caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered, and shared ownership properties. There may be opportunities to expand your case portfolio based on your progress.
