We’re a multi award-winning contract catering company, with a team of trained foodies serving over 45,500 satisfied customers every day. We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to join our team.
This is a management role responsible for running the contract, liaising with the client to ensure customer satisfaction, and managing recruitment, training, and motivation of your team.
You will also manage the budget, complete weekly reports and stock counts, and ensure that you and your team achieve GP and budgets every week. This requires good planning, in-depth knowledge of contract catering, and the drive to deliver innovative food and service daily.
You should be proud of your standards in hygiene, food safety, and compliance. You will brief and support your team and bring our foodies values into the site. You will be a great manager and chef, creating seasonal, balanced, nutritious menus inspired by quality ingredients.
Our culture values learning, so you will attend forums and workshops to stay updated on food innovation. Regular interaction with customers is expected to measure success, gather inspiration, and maximize sales with our concepts and innovations.
Qualifications required include a City & Guilds 706 1 and 2, NVQ or equivalent, a Level 3 Food Safety qualification, and knowledge of Food Safety Management System requirements and COSHH.
