Our client is expanding its operations and is seeking a motivated, customer-focused analytical team player to join their Background Check Programme. The Background Specialist will work directly with the Background Manager and team to maintain the integrity, security, and accuracy of the client's Background Check program, while ensuring candidates receive the best possible experience.
Professionalism and confidentiality are critical. Besides ensuring the completion of all background checks globally, the Background Specialist will assist with program design, documentation, administrative duties, partner education, and improving the candidate experience.
This is a remote position. You must be eligible to work and live in the UK or EU.
