Job summary

Raffles London at The OWO is seeking a guest services professional for room dining and related operations. You will take guest orders, communicate with guests, and coordinate with kitchen and rooms teams to ensure timely delivery while delivering a luxurious, high‑quality level of service.

You will upsell experiences, maintain accurate guest records, and support the team with a proactive, service‑minded approach.

Qualifications

• Clear and efficient English communication, both verbal and written.
• Recent experience within room dining or a similar role.
• Market knowledge of competitors and event industry trends.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service in all situations.
• Proven track record of delighting guests to provide exceptional service.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Willingness to cover a 24h operational schedule when required.
• Experience in luxury hotel environment with high standards.

Responsibilities

• Take detailed and precise guest orders and communicate with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Expedite time-sensitive guest orders and requests.
• Prepare orders for delivery while managing time-sensitive targets.
• Maintain accurate guest records and upsell goods and services across the hotel.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage.
• Work closely with the Butler and guest services team.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned, including cross-departmental tasks.
