Job summary

The Royal Automobile Club is seeking an experienced Waiter with operational knowledge to deliver exceptional service in Stirling's, our Fine Dining Restaurant and Cocktail Bar, based at Woodcote Park Clubhouse overlooking the grounds and golf courses. You will assist with the day-to-day running of Stirling's, ensuring first-class customer service, and staying up to date with menus and promotions.

Must have Level One Food Hygiene and an NVQ in Food Service, plus restaurant experience and

Qualifications

• Hold a basic (Level One) food hygiene qualification.
• NVQ in Food Service.
• Previous restaurant experience at a similar level.
• Awareness of Licensing Laws.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent dining experience for members and guests with high levels of service and professionalism.
• Keep up to date with menus, promotions and new products to upsell to members and guests.
• Support day-to-day running of Stirling's Restaurant and Cocktail Bar at Woodcote Park.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and the ability to multi-task as part of a team.

You will be supporting with the day to day running of Stirling's Restaurant and Cocktail Bar based in our prestigious Woodcote Park Clubhouse with views overlooking our stunning grounds and golf courses.,

• To deliver an excellent dining experience for members and guests, ensuring high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times
• Keep up to date with all food and beverage menus, current promotions and new products to enable you to serve and recommend to our members and guests
• Previous restaurant experience at a similar level
• Passionate about delivering first-class customer service
• Excellent communicator and ability to multi task
• Team player
• Hold a basic (Level One) food hygiene qualification and a NVQ in Food Service
• An awareness of Licensing Laws
