The Royal Automobile Club is seeking a Head Bartender to lead daily bar operations at its esteemed venues. You will deliver exceptional service to members and guests, craft a wide range of drinks, and drive team performance.

With hands-on bartending and leadership responsibilities, you will train staff, manage stock, and contribute to menu development while upholding high standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior bartender.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and bar techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Awareness of licensing laws.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsabilités

• Deliver warm, attentive and personalised service.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, beers and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard.
• Manage stock levels, place orders and monitor deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplier communication.
• Contribute to cocktail menu creation and seasonal specials.
• Supervise, motivate and support bartenders and barbacks during service.
• Train new staff on service standards, cocktail recipes, and responsible alcohol service.

The Head Bartender leads the bar's day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional members and their guests service, high-quality drinks, and smooth team performance. This role combines hands-on bartending with leadership, training, stock control, and maintaining the overall atmosphere and standards of the bar.,
