The club hosts distinguished art exhibitions, fine dining, live music, and a diverse programme of events, making it a hub of contemporary cultural life in London.

About the role:

The Chef de Rang will provide exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items in our Kyubi Japanese Restaurant.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a station during lunch and dinner service.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant throughout operating hours.
• Support and assist new junior chef de rang and commis waiters following departmental SOPs.
• Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond promptly to concerns.
• Accurately close guest checks and process payments.
