The Slaughters Country Inn, part of Hand Picked Hotels, invites applications for a Chef de Partie to own a designated kitchen section and work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard, while maintaining high standards of food hygiene and mise en place.

You will work with a dedicated team in a 2 AA Rosette restaurant environment, supporting weddings, private dining and events,

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a rosette/Michelin hotel environment.
• Exposure to weddings, bespoke events and private dining.
• Strong Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience within a multi-outlet kitchen.
