Job summary

DDH Recruitment Ltd in Totnes is seeking an enthusiastic cook to join a charming hotel kitchen. You will prepare and cook food to high standards, in a clean, safe, and tidy environment, working as part of a team or with initiative.

Accommodation is provided (charge of £45 per week). A passion for food and willingness to learn are essential, with NVQs or equivalent advantageous and Rosette experience desirable.

Qualifications

• Must have the willingness and desire to learn.
• NVQs or equivalent would be advantageous, as well as experience in a Rosette standard establishment

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of food to high standards, while maintaining a clean, safe and tidy work environment at all times.
• You should be able to work as part of a team as well as showing your own initiative. A passion for food is a must and you should be able to inspire others with your flair and individuality.
