Job summary

Knekt Hub Ltd is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join a Rosette-standard kitchen at a respected country inn in Hampshire. The role offers progression towards Junior Sous Chef and a pathway within a quality-driven brigade.

The opportunity includes a salary up to £32,000 plus around £3,000 tronc and live-in accommodation if available. Expect around 45 hours weekly with split shifts and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality kitchen.
• Rosette-standard experience is advantageous.
• Strong classical cookery skills with fresh ingredients.
• Seasonal, farm-to-fork approach and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay organised and calm during busy services.

Responsibilities

• Run your own section with preparation and service.
• Prepare refined seasonal dishes from local produce.
• Work across all kitchen sections as needed.
• Support seasonal menu development and quality standards.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen organisation.
• Assist with stock control and waste reduction.
• Support junior brigade members when required.
