Job summary

The Holly Blue, part of Hall & Woodhouse, near Basingstoke, is seeking a hands-on Chef de Partie to join a supportive kitchen team. You will manage a section, help deliver high-quality dishes, and help maintain the busy, buzzing service that guests expect from this traditional Hampshire pub.

In addition to £14.00 per hour, you’ll receive tips, a 60% meals-on-shift discount, uniform and shoes, and opportunities for training and progression within a well-regarded regional brewer family.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Chef de Partie with section leadership.
• Experience in a busy kitchen with consistent plating.
• Trained in food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes to recipe specifications with consistent presentation.
• Maintain high standards during busy service.
• Support colleagues and maintain a positive kitchen atmosphere.

Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of superb community pubs, and located just off M3 Jct 7 on the outskirts of Basingstoke, The Holly Blue is the perfect reflection of a traditional country pub. Completed in 2020 the new build is in the style of a traditional Hampshire farmhouse - treating guests to great food and drink in a wonderfully relaxed setting. Dog friendly, as every great pub should be, the Holly Blue occupies a commanding position at the gateway to a growing new community.

We're growing our kitchen team and looking
for an experienced CDP, Section Chef or Line Chef to jump in and help us keep
