Hall & Woodhouse Limited’s Holly Blue pub near Basingstoke is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen. You’ll help run a section, maintain high standards of presentation, and work to precise specifications in a supportive team environment.

Fabulous Food Pub - Sensational Holly Blue
Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of superb community pubs, and located just off M3 Jct 7 on the outskirts of Basingstoke, The Holly Blue is the perfect reflection of a traditional country pub. Completed in 2020 the new build is in the style of a traditional Hampshire farmhouse - treating guests to great food and drink in a wonderfully relaxed setting. Dog friendly, as every great pub should be, the Holly Blue occupies a commanding position at the gateway to a growing new community.

We’re growing our kitchen team and looking for an experienced CDP, Section Chef or Line Chef to jump in and help us keep the good stuff coming. If you love great food, enjoy a buzzing service, and want to work with a genuinely supportive crew, this could be your next spot.
