Job summary

Farlam Hall Hotel & Restaurant in Brampton, United Kingdom, seeks a Chef de Partie to join Cedar Tree restaurant. Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver dishes for the allocated section (Larder, Sauce or Pastry).
• Support senior chefs in onboarding/training of junior chefs.
• Maintain clean working environment and adhere to food safety standards.
• Record orders and ensure correct service and portioning.
• Assist with stock rotation and basic inventory tasks.
