Job summary

Relais & Châteaux's Farlam Hall seeks a dedicated Chef de Partie for Cedar Tree restaurant (1 Michelin star & 4 AA rosettes). You will support senior chefs, manage food preparation across sections (Larder, Sauce, Pastry), and uphold food safety and allergen standards.

You'll join a skilled team in a respected establishment known for exceptional dining, guest experiences, and collaborative kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Responsible for preparation and delivery of produce from the allocated section: Larder, Sauce or Pastry.
• A full understanding of the 14 main allergens.
• Maintain a clean working environment throughout the day.
• Support senior chefs in onboarding/training of junior chefs.

Responsibilities

• Work within a team supporting seniors in day-to-day kitchen activities.
• Handle orders for food and ensure accurate preparation and service.
• Adhere to food safety standards and allergen controls.
• Assist in stock rotation and section organisation.
