Chefs for Chefs seeks a talented Chef de Partie to join a country estate hotel in Leeds. You will run your own kitchen section under the Head Chef, producing high-quality dishes with fresh ingredients and helping maintain a fast-paced, creative environment. This role offers opportunities for progression within a supportive brigade.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Passion for fresh food and modern British cuisine.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Calm, professional approach during busy service periods.
• High standards of food presentation and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Run your own kitchen section during preparation and service.
• Prepare and cook dishes to consistently high standards.
• Maintain excellent presentation and portion control.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
• Manage mise en place and daily preparation.
• Support and mentor junior members of the kitchen team.
• Assist with stock control and minimise waste.
• Work closely with the wider brigade to deliver smooth service.
• Contribute ideas towards menu development and seasonal specials.
