Job summary

Goldenkeys in Cumbria is seeking a Chef De Partie to join a Michelin-starred kitchen inside a luxury country house hotel. You will lead a section, craft and plate dishes to exacting standards, and learn from a skilled brigade in a seriously impressive environment.

Ideal candidates have Chef De Partie experience in quality kitchens, with a bias toward fine dining or luxury hotel backgrounds. Note: rights to work in the UK are required for suitability.

Qualifications

• Previous Chef De Partie experience within a quality fresh-food kitchen.
• Ideally has fine dining or luxury hotel experience.
• Organised, reliable and comfortable working within a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for your section within the Michelin-starred kitchen.
• Preparing and presenting dishes to consistently exceptional standards.
• Working closely with senior chefs throughout preparation and service.
• Ensuring your section is organised, prepared and ready for service.
• Supporting junior chefs and contributing to a positive, focused brigade.
