Lochside House Hotel & Spa, part of the RAD Hotel Group, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its luxury kitchen team. You will work under senior chefs to prepare high-quality, seasonal dishes in a Rosette-standard kitchen, with a busy, guest-focused service and clear development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef aiming to progress.
• Experience in Rosette-standard kitchens is beneficial.
• Passion for high-quality, seasonal ingredients.
• Excellent organisation and pace in a busy kitchen.
• Team player with a positive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes to high standards in your section.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation.
• Support Sous and Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Maintain high food hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist with stock rotation, portion control, and waste minimisation.
• Work across restaurant service, private dining, weddings and events.
• Support training of junior chefs and kitchen porters.
