Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa, now proudly part of the RAD Hotel Group, seeks a talented Chef de Partie to join our luxury kitchen in Ayrshire. You will work within a Rosette-standard environment, preparing refined, seasonal Scottish dishes and supporting the broader culinary team.

You’ll contribute to high standards of service across restaurant, private dining, weddings and events, with opportunities for training and development within the RAD Hotel Group.

Competenze

• Experience in a Rosette-standard kitchen is preferred but not essential.
• Must have prior Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef experience aiming to progress in a luxury hotel environment.
• Passion for producing high-quality, seasonal dishes using Scotland's best ingredients.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and develop.

• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Chef de Partie with experience in a Rosette-standard kitchen to further their career at one of Ayrshire's finest luxury hotels.

Working alongside an experienced kitchen brigade, you’ll play an important role in preparing refined, seasonal dishes that showcase the very best of Scotland's exceptional local produce.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards within your designated section.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and excellent presentation across every service.

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to progress within a quality hotel or restaurant.
• Experience working in a Rosette-standard kitchen is not essential but highly advantageous.
• A genuine passion for producing high-quality food using the finest seasonal Scottish ingredients.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced kitchen.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and develop.
• A team player who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
