Peach Pubs is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This hands‑on role offers the chance to own your section, work with fresh ingredients and uphold high standards in a supportive, inclusive environment.

We value passion for good food, teamwork and pride in delivering great pub classics. Training and development are provided to help you grow with our expanding group.

Formación

• Positive attitude, solid kitchen experience and a genuine passion for cooking fresh food.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of your section from prep and mise en place through to service and clean‑down.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to Peach standards.
• Keep your section organised, stocked and ready for busy service periods.
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Help guide and support Commis Chefs and junior team members.
• Contribute ideas for specials and seasonal dishes using fresh, quality ingredients.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, stock rotation and kitchen safety.
• Work closely with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to deliver consistent dishes.
