Peach Pubs is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen and lead in the Head Chef's absence. You will uphold Peach standards, mentor the kitchen team and ensure dishes leave the pass crafted with care and great presentation.

The role rewards a proactive, organized individual with passion for quality, seasonal menus and robust kitchen operations within our welcoming pub environment.

Qualifications

• Must have positive attitude and passion for fresh food.
• Experience in a fresh-food kitchen and proper pub classics is desirable.
• Comfort leading a team and coaching staff.

Responsabilités

• Support Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen leadership and cover in their absence.
• Run smooth, high-quality services with strong pace and presentation.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to Peach standards.
• Coach and develop Chef de Parties and junior kitchen staff.
• Manage prep, stock, orders and wastage to maintain organisation.
