Peach Pubs in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to lead a section, cook fresh dishes to Peach standards and help the kitchen run smoothly within a vibrant pub kitchen. You’ll work with a supportive senior team, develop your skills, and contribute ideas for specials.

Qualifications

• Hands-on chef with a passion for fresh, seasonal dishes.
• Ability to take ownership of a kitchen section during service.
• Commitment to high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your section from prep to service and clean-down.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to Peach standards.
• Keep your section organised, stocked and ready for busy service periods.
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Guide and support Commis Chefs and junior team members.
• Contribute ideas for specials and seasonal dishes using fresh ingredients.
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, stock rotation and kitchen safety.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver consistent dishes.
