Peach Pubs is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our friendly kitchen team. You’ll take ownership of your own section, cook to Peach standards and help keep service running smoothly with pride in fresh, seasonal food.

Qualifications

• Positive, reliable person with a genuine passion for fresh food.
• Strong kitchen experience and ability to work own section.
• Confident in cooking to high pub standards and presenting well.

Responsibilities

• Own your section from prep to service and clean-down.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to Peach standards.
• Keep your section organised and stocked for busy service.
• Support Sous Chef and Head Chef to keep kitchen running smoothly.
• Guide and support junior chefs and Commis.
• Contribute ideas for specials using fresh ingredients.
