LGH Hotels Management is seeking a Chef de Partie for our Chester-based hotel. You will run a specific kitchen section, ensuring high-quality, well-presented dishes and a smooth service alongside a supportive team.

The role emphasizes leadership by example, working under pressure, and a strong focus on cleanliness, safety, and collaboration with junior chefs to maintain standards across every service.

Qualifications

• Has experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Capable of producing high-quality, well-presented food.
• Leads and develops junior chefs and supports the kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes efficiently and consistently within your section
• Take ownership of your area, ensuring standards of food quality and presentation are met
• Support, guide and help develop junior members of the kitchen team
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic work environment at all times
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations consistently
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to support smooth and well-timed service
• Remain calm, focused and professional during busy service periods
