Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Ability to produce high-quality, well-presented dishes.
• Strong teamwork, organisation and communication in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes efficiently and consistently within your section.
• Take ownership of your area, ensuring standards of food quality and presentation are met.
• Support, guide and help develop junior members of the kitchen team.
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic work environment at all times.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Work with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth, well-timed service.
• Remain calm, focused and professional during busy service periods.
