You will guide junior team members, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, and uphold health and safety standards during busy service periods. This role is based on site in Cardiff with opportunities to grow within the LGH portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Ability to produce high-quality, well-presented dishes.
• Calm, organized approach under busy service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes within your section.
• Own your area, maintain standards of food quality and presentation.
• Support and develop junior kitchen team members.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic work environment at all times.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the wider kitchen team for smooth service.
• Remain calm and professional during peak service.
