• Support the Executive Head Chef and Sous Chef in all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, cost control and hygiene.
• Assist with training and developing the kitchen team while helping deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Assist with menu planning and implementation.
• Prepare food safely following HACCP guidelines and maintain food safety practices.
• Monitor temperatures, storage, labeling, and minimise waste.
