Delta Hotels by Marriott Heathrow Windsor is seeking an Executive Head Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, drive menu development, and cultivate a high-performing team. You will deliver exceptional dining experiences across outlets and events while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

You will manage purchasing, cost controls, and staff development, ensuring guest satisfaction and financial performance. This is a hands-on leadership role in a dynamic, luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths & English at GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths & English.
• 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or related field with at least 4 years’ experience.

Responsabilités

• Accountable for the overall success of daily kitchen operations and all food-related functions.
• Lead hands-on culinary involvement while managing and inspiring the kitchen team.
• Ensure high-quality food across Restaurant, Bar, Executive Lounge, Room Service and Banqueting.
• Drive continuous improvement in guest and employee satisfaction.
• Maximize financial performance across kitchen areas.
• Oversee all food preparation areas including restaurants, banquets, room service, bar/lounge, and employee dining.
• Manage kitchen support areas including purchasing and dish room operations.
• Supervise kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and operational excellence.
• Guide, develop, and support culinary team members, including direct reports.
• Ensure full sanitation, food safety, and hygiene standards.
